I had an amazing experience at the Film Is Not Dead workshop in New Orleans this past November. Jonathan Canlas is an incredible teacher and all around good guy, "yo." The man knows his stuff and is definitely the most business savvy person I've ever met. I often compare myself to others and came to the workshop insecure and afraid. I left feeling inspired, empowered, hungry for change, and most importantly more confident. I learned a lot while being surrounded by talented individuals during my three day stay.
